Job Title : Network / System Administrator

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Location : Primarily on-site with remote flexibility evaluated case-by-case

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Travel : Minimal

What will the Network / System Administrator do?

  • Provide backup coverage for team absences and outages
  • Support network administration and system maintenance
  • Assist with hardware setups including docking stations and multi-monitor configurations
  • Perform break-fix troubleshooting and hands-on technical support
  • Contribute to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 optimization
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and outsourced IT coordination

    • What the company needs in a Network / System Administrator :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT systems and network administration
  • Hands-on experience with Windows-based systems and thin clients
  • Familiarity with Cisco VPN, dual-computer remote setups, and telecom systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint collaboration tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment

    • Bonus Points :

  • Experience with Symitar core systems
  • Exposure to Cisco Jabber, Frontier analog lines, and Crown Castle data lines
  • Background in disaster recovery and outsourced IT coordination
  • Interest in automation and AI-driven solutions
