Dermatology Opportunity

Join our established Dermatology practice focused on comprehensive skin care services. With four locations in the region and a rapidly growing patient base, we are seeking a dedicated physician to join our team, which includes two providers and five advanced practice providers.

Practice Setting

  • Join a collaborative team including experienced dermatologists, physician assistants, and support staff
  • Opportunity to work across multiple clinics, including 2-3 days in Birmingham and 1 day in Pell City
  • Average 32-35 patients per day, with a balanced mix of established and new patients

Schedule

  • Clinical hours are Monday Thursday, 7 : 30 AM 3 : 45 PM, closed on Fridays
  • Flexible scheduling options

    • Full-time : 4-day work week (no nights or weekends required)

  • Part-Time : Minimum of 2 days per week considered
  • No call responsibilities

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary for the first year
  • Eligible for 45% of collections, with potential earnings of $500,000 or more

    • $20,000 sign-on bonus

  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, malpractice insurance, PTO, CME, and retirement plans

  • Birmingham has a variety of museums, theaters, and a thriving music scene, including the Birmingham Museum of Art and Alabama Symphony Orchestra
