Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Junior to Mid-level Associate to join their nationally recognized Patent Litigation Group. You will support clients ranging from innovative startups to established technology and life sciences leaders.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• 1 - 5 years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience representing clients in complex patent disputes in federal courts across the United States and in parallel post-grant proceedings before the Patent Office.
• Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies, and work closely with clients to address their business needs.
• Willing to gain hands-on experience in all stages of patent litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, including discovery, motions practice, and expert witness preparation.
