Director, Transformation Consulting

Under the direction of the Vice President, Strategic Transformation, the Director, Transformation Consulting will lead our enterprise "Reimagine Work" agenda across both clinical and operational domains, standing up and scaling a cross-functional Digital Enablement Hub that pairs process redesign with AI, automation, and analytics. This role partners closely with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and cross-functional leaders to identify high-value opportunities, standardize intake and prioritization, and drive measurable outcomesthroughput, cost per unit, quality, and experiencewhile embedding responsible-use guardrails and change enablement. The director will translate strategy into execution by orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams, building governance and KPIs, and ensuring value realization through enterprise scale.

Additionally, the Director stays apprised of new approaches, innovations, and integration opportunities serving as a teacher, coach, and doer. The Director interacts with and leads teams in a highly matrixed environment with considerable engagement with leadership. The Director will have an interest and experience working on initiatives focused on business growth, physician alignment and engagement, health plan and delivery system alignment, and new business ventures. This role requires a flexible, enthusiastic, experienced leader who also enjoys rolling up their sleeves.

Experience Required :

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process engineer / improvement, planning, clinical quality / safety, operations, or management consulting experience, required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of managing professionals, required.
• An emphasis in healthcare is required.
• Previous experience in major project management and strategic planning and deployment is preferred.
