Elite Learning is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for children in our after-school programs. We are seeking passionate After-School Teachers to engage students in hands-on learning activities and help create a positive, supportive space for every child.

Schedule :

Monday – Thursday : 2 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM
Friday : 12 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do :

Lead Fun and Educational Activities : Plan and implement creative lessons and hands-on projects that support children’s learning and development.

Support a Positive Environment : Supervise children to ensure safety and promote an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere.

Engage and Interact : Participate in games and activities, guide teamwork, and help manage behavior positively.

Communicate Effectively : Provide updates to parents about children’s experiences and collaborate with school staff and colleagues.

Be a Role Model : Demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm that children can look up to.

Professional Growth : Attend trainings and stay updated on best practices in child care and education.

What We’re Looking For :

Age / Education : 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Coursework or degree in education or child development is a plus.

Work Authorization : Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Background : Must pass a background check.

Availability : Able to work during the program hours listed above.

Experience : Prior experience with children in classroom, camp, or childcare settings preferred.

Tech Skills : Comfortable with basic technology and willing to learn new tools.

Physical Requirements : Able to lift and move supplies and actively participate in play.
