Description - Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for requisite testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to the stability of lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy and secure workspace, while strictly following regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of joining.
• Maintain your certification active throughout your tenure with us.
