Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Location : Flower Mound, TX (primary) + Castle Hills (as needed)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm, no weekends or major holidays

We're looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to support a fast-paced oncology lab environment. This role is primarily based at the Flower Mound clinic, which sees 100-160 patients per day, and will occasionally float to the Castle Hills site (35-60 patients / day).

You'll handle a mix of lab testing, specimen processing, and phlebotomy support while working closely with clinical teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Performing routine lab testing, analyzing results, and preparing specimens

Collecting samples for CBCs, chemistries, and urine testing

Running INR results via finger-stick

Sending additional specimens to core or reference labs

Serving as primary backup phlebotomist

Maintaining accurate documentation and following all lab safety / quality procedures

What You Need

MLT certification (ASCP or AMT preferred)

3+ years of experience as an MLT

1+ year of phlebotomy experience

Strong confidence in phlebotomy skills

Reliable, empathetic, self-driven, and comfortable in a high-volume environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Seimens equipment

Experience with Sysmex analyzers (CBC / hematology)
