Reports to : Branch Manager or Account Manager
Job Summary :
This entry-level position plays a crucial role in protecting and ensuring the safety of assets, personnel, customers, and visitors at designated sites. Under the mentorship of the Account Manager or Branch Manager, you will contribute to a secure environment while gaining valuable experience in the security field.
Job Duties :
- Protect client interests and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
- Monitor premises and report any signs of crime or disorder while investigating disturbances.
- Compile and submit daily reports as per training.
- Conduct regular patrols as indicated in post orders.
- Manage access to the property according to post-specific instructions.
- Notify the appropriate authorities in emergencies following post orders.
- Document and report any violations of company policies and local laws as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Additional Responsibilities :
Ability to remain on foot for extended periods.Flexibility to work longer shifts when necessary.May include additional duties as assigned by the client and the designated post.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Ability to maintain a secure and safe atmosphere for all individuals, including clients, vendors, and visitors.Capable of interacting effectively and respectfully with the public.Minimum Requirements :
