Description

National law firm is seeking an Office Services Clerk on a temporary basis for their midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and reliable professional with :

  • Prior office services experience in a professional services industry
  • Law firm Office Services experience, preferred
  • Strong technological / computer skills

Responsibilities :

  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Conference room set up and breakdown
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Court runs
  • Assist with additional tasks, as needed
  • Additional information :

  • Hourly Rate : TBD commensurate with experience
  • Full-time in office
  • To start : ASAP
  • Duration : Ongoing with possibility to go perm
