L.A. Fleet Care is hiring an enthusiastic Service Advisor/Service Writer with a great attitude, outstanding customer service skills, leadership qualities and the ability to build partnerships, relationships, and sales.
Duties:
Duties:
- This position must have the ability to multitask and have great organizational skills for a fleet management company.
- We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable with a great Can-Do Attitude to come to join an adventure with a winning team.
- Create work orders.
- Create estimates.
- Keep an efficient schedule of repairs.
- Have basic to advanced levels of mechanical/technical knowledge of diesel trucks and components.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus, but not mandatory).
- Maintain good communication and relationships with technicians.
- Effective and timely communication with customers.
- Experience closing/invoicing work orders.
- Exposure to online payment portals such as Wheels, Holman, Auto Integrate a plus, but not mandatory.
