Requirements for Sr. Principle - Salesforce Developer, Financial Services

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE /B Tech or a related field.
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications) - Preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States

SKILLS:

Skills and Abilities Required for Sr. Principle - Salesforce Developer, Financial Services

Experience with third-party integrations and API development.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in sales force platform with hands-on knowledge.
• Good knowledge with hands-on of Salesforce, preferably in Salesforce Lightning in Financial industry.
• Good knowledge with hands-on APEX / HTML / JavaScript / CSS.
• Deploying rapid prototyping to quickly envision the challenge and credibly propose solutions to complex challenges.
• Basic Knowledge Integrating Salesforce with 3rd party' vendors, API integration to RESTful services
• Strong skills in Programming, Reports, Dashboard, Workflows.
• Good knowledge with database including SQL and SOQL
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CICD tools, Salesforce DX etc.) can setup fully functional
• CI/CD pipeline with GIT and SFDX
• Knowledge With the full development life cycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Apex test classes and scripts with clean, flexible, and maintainable apex code.
• Good to have knowledge on sales cloud and marketing cloud
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and reliability of applications.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations and customization, including Apex classes, Visual force pages, Lightning components, and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact on existing systems and processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce solutions.
