Full Time | Evening Shifts

Part Time | Day, Evening and Night Shifts

PAY RATE BETWEEN $37-42.75 / HOUR

(based on experience and shift differentials)

RN : Registered Nurse Requirements :

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.

Current and valid CPR certification.

Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to use electronic health records and communication tools.

Ability to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects weighing 100 pounds or more.

What you'll do as a RN : Registered Nurse :

Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following accepted standards and organizational policies.

Utilize the nursing process to assess resident conditions, evaluate care plan effectiveness, update care plans as needed, and support LPNs in assessment and care plan development.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident records and communicate any changes in resident conditions to appropriate staff, family, and care team members.

Participate in resident care programs by ensuring adherence to plans of care, proper documentation, and staff accountability; assist with admissions and readmissions including clinical data collection and initial care plan implementation.
