A company is looking for a Client Registration Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for patients, obtaining key demographic and health-related information
Register patients in the system and direct them to appropriate clinicians
Monitor biometric alerts and conduct follow-up customer service feedback surveys
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma minimum; office administration or medical office administration certificate preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
Ability to handle upset patients and de-escalate stressful situations
Must provide a clear criminal background check
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling availability
