Description :

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation and training materials to support smooth deployment and adoption of IT services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams and leadership to ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with operational processes.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials for new services and tools.

Support the maintenance and quality review of the support services knowledge base.

Assist with team communications and training content for end users.

Collaborate with project managers and transition teams to ensure accurate documentation for service deployments.

Identify opportunities to improve documentation and knowledge-sharing processes.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful transitions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or related roles.

Experience with quality testing best practices, process documentation, or knowledge management.

3-5 years demonstrating analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Professional certifications in relevant disciplines preferred (e.g., ITIL, Project Management, KCS Principles).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to explain complex processes and tools to diverse audiences.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Adaptable and able to manage change effectively.

Positive, energetic, and patient approach to mentoring and training.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
