Responsibilities :

• Deliver quality care in both clinic and telehealth environments, meeting targeted patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff by example, ensuring excellent patient care through guidance and support.
• Review and discuss patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Engage actively with clinical leadership to elevate patient care and resolve concerns, adhering to our values.
• Complete patient charts accurately and timely, ensuring efficient communication with all team members.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by leadership.
• Analyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications responsibly and educate patients on their treatment and care for both acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions.
• Facilitate a welcoming environment for new employees and assist in their onboarding and training.
• Contribute ideas to enhance patient experience and care quality.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and maintain a respectful work culture.
