Hoxton Circle has partnered with return client that needs to bring on a Junior Staff Accountant to directly assist their Controller. The role is contract-temporary for 2-4 months with medical benefits and sick pay available through Hoxton Circle. There is also potential the job becomes permanent, but that will be based on candidate performance during the temporary / contracted phase.

• Assist with invoicing and billing.
• Process Accounts Payables, POs and ACH payments.
• Assist with documentation for External Auditors.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the Controller if necessary.
• Process bank reconciliations and journal entries for month end.
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Assist with month-end deliverables with the Sr. Accounting team.
