Compensation Based on Experience:

• $16/hour No prior experience required.
• $17/hour Experienced caregivers or individuals with a CNA license.
• $18/hour Highly experienced CNAs, EMTs, or those with a bachelors degree in a related field.
  (Final rate determined by Care Manager, Juliet.)
