Recruiter
Amada Senior Care is a non-medical in-home healthcare company dedicated to serving seniors in our community. We are seeking a highly motivated, charismatic individual with a dynamic personality to join our team as a Recruiter. Key Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate and support the agency's mission and values
- Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in daily responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms
- Review and screen resumes and job applications
- Learn and maintain our online paperwork systems with strong attention to detail
- Interview healthcare professionals, evaluating strengths, skills, and alignment with client needs
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, soft skills, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees to ensure full integration into the organization
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings to appropriate job boards, colleges, newspapers, and other outlets
- Assist with conducting new-hire orientations
- Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain confidentiality of client, personnel, and agency information
- Utilize Home Health or CNA knowledge to assist with training programs and orientation
