[job_card.job_description]Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a comprehensive understanding of their policies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Experience in customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Ability to assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique circumstances. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike. Ability to learn and adapt quickly, participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
