Key Responsibilities
Execute software version upgrades and new release deployments
Manage SLAM-based maps and configure site-specific parameters for optimal robot performance
Track and analyze support requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Strong understanding of ROS, Python and / or C++ coding, and Linux environments
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to emergencies
