A company is looking for a Testing and Training Program Director to oversee and manage its Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program's testing and training services.
Key Responsibilities
Direct all program operations to ensure compliance with contractual objectives and performance standards
Manage team performance, including coaching and professional development, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Oversee the development of accessible training materials and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) operations
Required Qualifications
Residency in California is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least three years of experience managing a program with an annual budget of $2 million or more
A minimum of five years of experience supervising teams on statewide programs
Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language is preferred
