Mission

Quantum is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Database Specialist . Join a tight-knit team that maintains and grows a suite of web applications supporting our mission. Our stack today is built on .NET Framework, C#, Telerik, and SQL Server. We're looking for an experienced developer who has both strong database skills and the ability to contribute to our web applications when needed.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex SQL Server and Postgres design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support effort to migrate and integrate data between SQL Server and Postgres environments.
• Contribute to our .NET MVC web applications (C#, Kendo / Telerik, front-end integrations).
• Work alongside a small team of developers in a collaborative environment.
• Help shape best practices for data access, schema design, and performance across our applications.
