Senior Prospect Management Analyst
Advancement is looking for a Senior Prospect Management Analyst to join the Research and Prospect Management team. This position plays a pivotal role in prospect data analytics and training for Advancement staff.
The Senior Prospect Management Analyst (Senior Analyst) translates prospect data and analysis into strategies for fundraising partners seeking to secure leadership, major, and principal gifts from alumni, parents, and friends of the University. This role will participate in planning for long-term and short-term development strategies necessary to meet annual fundraising targets, including the development of data models and the creation of visualizations to demonstrate strategic insights. The Senior Analyst will conduct biannual, collaborative portfolio consultations with individual fundraisers, their managers, and researchers by utilizing the fundraisers' knowledge and various reporting tools. Additionally, this role will assist with pipeline development and maintenance with an emphasis on predictive analytics.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for Advancement training and system onboarding for all Advancement staff. This role will create, maintain, and implement training materials on an ongoing basis while leading small and large group training sessions to ensure Advancement staff are trained on the latest tools, policies, and procedures.
