Requirements :

Experience : 25 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing installation preferably in new construction environments.

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of plumbing systems materials fittings and installation techniques including PVC PEX and copper piping systems.

Licensing & Certification : Plumbing license apprentice / journeyman card or equivalent technical certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Blueprint Reading : Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and building plans to determine plumbing layouts and installation requirements.

Tools & Equipment : Skilled in safely operating plumbing tools and power equipment including pipe cutters threaders and soldering tools.

Safety Awareness : Demonstrated commitment to OSHA and company safety standards including proper use of PPE and adherence to jobsite safety protocols.

Physical Capability : Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs bend kneel and work in various indoor and outdoor environments including crawl spaces and attics.

Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions during installation and inspection phases.

Dependability : Reliable punctual and capable of working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain project quality.

Communication : Clear and respectful communication with supervisors team members and builders to ensure seamless project coordination.

Work Authorization : Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; ability to travel between job sites across South Carolina North Carolina and Georgia as needed.
