A company is looking for an Associate Staff Consultant - UX Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Design flows and interfaces for clinical interactions and maintain a scalable design system meeting accessibility standards
Translate complex clinical data into user-friendly layouts to support time-critical decisions
Collaborate with engineering to ensure design accuracy and advocate for patient safety in design reviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product / UX design experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or clinical software
Strong portfolio showcasing complex information architecture and data-dense interface design
Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design
Ability to read and parse clinical content
