As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of those at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Help to deter unauthorized activity and / or unwanted behavior by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.

Report and document any observed irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related concerns specific to the commercial real estate environment.

Assist tenants, visitors, and staff by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
