A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service - Dental.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach Customer Service employees to ensure member / provider satisfaction and retention
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for staff development and training needs
Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners to enhance service delivery and compliance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a dental claim / call center environment
Experience with Microsoft-based applications
High School Diploma
Working knowledge of dental workflows, policies, and procedures (preferred)
Supervisory experience (preferred)
