We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our staffing agency for 4-6 weeks guaranteed hours.As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties :

• Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective manner.
• Conduct patient triage and assessment
• Provide hospice palliative medicine support
• Collaborate with medical office staff for seamless patient care
• Engage in case management to coordinate patient services
• Specialize in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments

Qualifications :

Valid RN license in MN

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

Eldermark

Proficient in Assessments, Ordering processing, Fall Follow-Up.

Familiarity with hospice palliative medicine practices

Previous experience in Assisted living and memory care.

Excellent case management skills

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
