Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Operations Program Associate to support operational excellence across our banking business units. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining training programs, operational documentation, and deployment strategies that ensure compliance, consistency, and readiness across all first-line banking operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional service and meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Training & Documentation Management

• Design, implement, and maintain training plans for bank operations teams.
• Ensure all training materials reflect current banking regulations, internal policies, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business line leaders to ensure training content is accurate and audit ready.
• Credit and lending expertise to support operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and system utilization.
• Prepare and maintain Business Continuity documentation and procedures to ensure operational resilience.
• Provide comprehensive training for new hires, including systems, procedures, client communication protocols, and compliance standard
• Ensure proper onboarding and training for new clients, including communication protocols, contact list usage, and client key code verification based on line of Business.
