Title : Sales Representative-Dental Labs

Company : A full-service dental lab specializing in Crown & Bridge, Flexible & Traditional Partials, Implants, Full Denture and Orthodontic Appliances

Description :

• Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through cold calling
• Achieve 40+ outbound calls daily
• Close deals, meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas
• Coordinate sales efforts with sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer transitioning and satisfaction
• Use CRM to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, issues, and potential opportunities
• Continuously improve through feedback and training

Requirements:

• Inside sales experience carrying a sales quota and closing deals
• Target driven and proven track record of attaining sales quotas
• Excellent at cold calling selling, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills
• Efficient in territory and time management
• Ability to create and deliver custom sales pitches to specific audiences needs
• Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation : $50k - 55k Base, 110k OTE uncapped
