Business Process Consultant

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant - Collections and Customer Service (Remote Position).

Key Responsibilities

Support revenue cycle processes across multiple departments and workflows

Create and manage financial and operational reports for data analysis

Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to automated workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience in system design or business / systems consulting

Extensive knowledge of workflow and system design

Revenue cycle experience preferred

Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required
