Redblue is seeking a highly motivated individual to be our Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR) for the Charlotte area. We are growing and are looking for the person who is a perfect fit to help us do so steadily, ethically and for years to come.
The MSR will champion efforts, using existing personal relationships, corporate marketing efforts, and proactive selling activity, to expand Redblue's contracted HVAC service customer base.
An IDEAL CANDIDATE will have :
Familiarity with commercial / industrial HVAC systems is a benefit, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits and a very competitive bonus plan that rewards the acquisition and growth of long-term HVAC service partnerships. JOB REQUIREMENTS include :
Redblue was founded in 1993 in the Charlotte area and has since expanded its service footprint to include the Upstate SC and Piedmont Triad (NC) regions. Our main focus is providing quality preventative HVAC maintenance to commercial clients in our areas.
Our team of highly experienced technicians provides 24 / 7 / 365 scheduled and emergency HVAC support to keep our clients comfortable and their equipment functional year round. In addition to HVAC maintenance and service, we provide building automation, equipment replacements, and plumbing to a wide range of commercial and industrial facilities throughout North & South Carolina.
