Bilingual Insurance Claims Associate

A company is looking for an Insurance Claims Associate (Trilingual / Bilingual) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients in initiating auto insurance claims and provide guidance through the reporting process

Follow up with insurance companies on claim statuses and troubleshoot processing issues

Gather and review necessary documentation related to insurance claims and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred

1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred

Previous experience in auto insurance claims or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in English is required; ability to speak Spanish and / or Portuguese is preferred

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
