Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the organization's accounting function and provide financial leadership to support strategic goals. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with high-level oversight, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller :

Oversee all accounting operations, including the monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Manage cash flow, treasury transactions, and working capital.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support decision-making and efficiency initiatives.

Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.

What We're Looking For in the Controller :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, complex formulas).

Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

Proven ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution.
