We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Frisco, TX. Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description
Pay : $31 / hour to start
Duration : 3-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (Onsite)
Position Overview :
This role is primarily responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and cleansing CRM store master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. The position also leads data governance initiatives and manages the onboarding of new store chains through TDLinx and customer-provided data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, maintain, and cleanse Customer Relation Management (CRM) store master data; led governance initiatives and supported the onboarding of new store chains.
- Support cross-functional data integration efforts including system enhancements, UAT, and automation projects, using tools such as SAP, SharePoint, MS Access, and Alteryx.
- Act as the subject matter expert for customer master data processes, providing training, maintaining documentation, conducting data audits, and supporting business initiatives, product launches, and Retailer M&A activities.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma required ; Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of relevant experience required , or 1+ years with a Bachelor’s degreeProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredExperience in data entry, analysis, and validation requiredExperience with SAP, CRM systems, and Master Data Management systems preferred
