Key Responsibilities
Respond to patient inquiries regarding healthcare accounts receivables and ensure timely resolution
Research and educate patients on outstanding bills, assisting with payment arrangements and financial options
Maintain compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational policies while processing and documenting interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
Three years of Call Center experience
One year of billing and coding experience
Six months of remote work experience
Technical skills in Microsoft Suite and online payment navigation
