Responsibilities :

• Extensive end-to-end experience in the performance testing life cycle.
• Proficient in hands-on usage of all LoadRunner protocols.
• Capable of independently analyzing business requirements, understanding non-functional requirements, and evaluating service level agreement objectives.
• Competent in autonomously developing test scripts, identifying test parameters, and designing workload models for performance testing based on system specifications.
• Skilled in documenting test results, interpreting data, visualizing graphs, and preparing comprehensive test reports.
• In-depth understanding of complex system environments.
• Strong collaborative skills to work across system development teams, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Experienced in monitoring critical infrastructure components, including Kubernetes, databases, servers, and services, to detect performance degradations and downtimes Lead and mentor the internal performance testing team.
• Design, execute, and analyse performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Review system bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain best practices for performance testing and tuning.
• Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements and SLAs.
