Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in applied behavior analysis and developing individualized treatment plans. This position is based in Waukegan, IL, and provides an engaging environment to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies within a school or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training for staff implementing behavioral programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student / client progress.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain pliance with professional and ethical standards.
