Admissions Advisor

A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor I to recruit prospective students for healthcare programs and facilitate the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit new students and strive to exceed conversion goals for each recruiting stage

Interview prospective students to assess motivation, interest, and academic qualifications

Maintain communication with applicants throughout the recruitment and admissions process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1-2 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience

Higher Education recruiting experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in a start-up environment or product launch preferred

Working knowledge of database and software packages for tracking and reporting student information
