Bookkeeper

Location : Hybrid in Seattle, WA

Contract Type : 6-8 Month Contract

Compensation : $28-$34 / hour DOE

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a hybrid contract opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for someone organized and proactive, with experience maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting accounting operations. The Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and assist the finance team with reporting and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and records
• Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process invoices, expense reports, and bank transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
• Collaborate with other team members to improve accounting processes
• Support audits and respond to accounting inquiries
