Corporate Capital Markets Associate – Mid-Level

Location : Miami, Florida

Experience : 2–6 Years | Capital Markets Focus

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Capital Markets associate to join its Miami office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated U.S. and cross-border transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, SPACs, REITs, PIPEs, and other capital markets matters with a diverse client base ranging from public and private issuers to financial institutions and investment funds.

The Role

  • Lead and manage capital markets transactions, including due diligence and drafting of key transaction documents
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters
  • Collaborate across practice areas and mentor junior associates
  • Engage with clients on high-profile, complex transactions

About You

  • 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience, with significant exposure to Capital Markets
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission)
