TITLE: Development Director

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt

The Development Director is responsible for designing, leading, and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy for NAMI Palm Beach County to ensure sustainable financial support for its mission. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a key ambassador for the organization, representing NAMI Palm Beach County throughout the community with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy. The Development Director will demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and an understanding of mental health recovery, while cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and community partners.

The Development Director works collaboratively with the CEO, Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers to advance fundraising goals and foster a culture of teamwork and shared accountability in support of the organization's mission.
