The Lead Infant Teacher position pays positive, energetic individuals based on education, in-class teaching experience, and availability. We are looking for Lead Infant Teachers who are willing to take ownership of their classroom.

What The Lead Infant Teacher Will Do :

  • Be the primary caregiver and lead educator in our infant classroom
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for infants 6 weeks to 12 months
  • Foster early development through tummy time, sensory play, songs, and snuggles
  • Partner with families to ensure consistent care and communication
  • Collaborate with your assistant teacher to maintain a calm, clean, and creative classroom

What The Lead Infant Teacher Will Need :

  • CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) or 20 Credit Hours required
  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting (infant experience a big plus!)
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs, crawl on the floor, and sing off-key with confidence
