M&A Associate Attorney

Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | Hybrid Work Available

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

A prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of solid mergers and acquisitions experience to join our sophisticated and highly regarded corporate practice .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client relationships and handle a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, M&A transaction documents, and ancillary agreements
• Lead or support M&A deals, including due diligence, transaction management, and closings
• Collaborate with team members and junior associates to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct legal research and draft memos or summaries as needed
