We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to be part of our Internal Float Pool, where you will enjoy a dynamic and rewarding night shift role. Our team rotates across various departments, providing you with the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Schedule : 36 hours per week, with self-scheduling flexibility

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000

Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200

What You Will Do :

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU.
• Assess and adapt to various unit workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver safe and effective nursing care.
• Engage with patients and families to develop personalized care plans.

What We Are Looking For :

• Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience; 2 years preferred.
• Flexibility to fulfill scheduled shifts, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays (1 summer and 1 winter) over a 6-week period.
• Dedicated to promoting patient safety and quality outcomes.
