Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our local Dallas, TX clients. These opportunities vary from project-based to full-time open positions. Summary :

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain vendor information in the accounting system.
• Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) on schedule.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Assist with month-end closing and provide support for audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
