We are seeking a Family Physician with OB expertise for a wellness clinic located in Berea, KY. The position involves primary care for adults with a focus on chronic condition management and acute care visits. Interested candidates should have EPIC experience and an active KY license, with a schedule of Tuesdays from 8 : 30 AM to 2 PM.

  • Setting : manufacturing facility in Berea, KY

Patient ages : 18+ (no dependents, spouses, or children)

  • Primary care setting with chronic condition health management
  • Acute Care visits
  • 10-15 ppd or less
  • Schedule : Tuesdays 8 : 30-2pm

    • Required :

  • EPIC experience
  • Active KY license

    • Compensation :

  • 1099 contract
  • 100% of malpractice insurance covered
