Helio Health is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Clinical Trainer at our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Syracuse, NY. As a cornerstone of behavioral health care in the region, our CCBHC provides vital services to thousands of individuals each year-and we're growing our commitment to education and clinical excellence.

We are proud to be one of the few remaining licensed outpatient clinics in the area, offering robust clinical internship programs for master's-level students in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. These programs are designed to foster meaningful learning experiences and prepare future clinicians to thrive in community-based care.

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to lead and elevate our internship program. This role is ideal for a passionate educator and clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to shape the future of behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a high-performing educational internship program
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to graduate-level interns
• Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure program excellence
• Support interns in developing core competencies and ethical clinical practice

What We're Looking For:

• Active LCSW license in New York State
• Proven experience in clinical training, supervision, or education
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Skilled in applying trauma-informed principles with a diverse population

This is a salaried position with a salary range of $70,000 to $76,000.

In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a $8,000 sign-on initiative.

• New York State LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum two (2) years of clinical and supervisory experience.
• Clinical knowledge of behavioral health treatment approaches.
• Experience with implementing behavioral health Evidence Based Practices.
• Previous experience facilitating groups or in-service training preferred.
