What You Will Be Doing :

  • You'll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures related to student records administration in accordance with government and management directives.
  • Essential functions :
  • Process student payroll to include requests for pay advances and separation monies, replacements keys, restitution, uncollected pay, and childcare allotments. Maintain spreadsheets for payroll deductions.
  • Process input list, extensions and transfers.
  • Process data corrections and maintain data correction log.
  • Assist in auditing active student files and process student IDs.

    • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including excel spreadsheet and computer data entry experience.
  • Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
