Required Qualifications

Proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, Generative AI, and workflow solutions

Strong understanding of enterprise business processes for designing efficient solutions

Proven experience in post-sales, customer success, or solution architecture roles within the SaaS industry

Experience managing project timelines and cross-functional collaboration

Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise customers
